Design of the proof of concept of a digital platform to help SMEs in the UK to digitally transact with the government, local community and each other. The platform would integrate all the vital services for the business, such as payments, digital documentation storing and messaging under one unified system.
The challenging part of the brief was that the platform would need to be orientated at the digitally excluded and not very advanced users, yet should also be attractive for the more tech-savvy ones.
I was responsible for the branding creation of the platform (including the naming), UX and the visual design for the first concept of the platform. I was closely working with the Head of UK Operations who came up with the idea and was leading project on the executive business level, and also with the branding freelancers once the external help was needed.
